REFUND POLICY

PLESE NOTE RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITH OUR AUTHORIZATION ONLY.
To obtain an authorization number, please send an email within three days of receiving the goods.
The email should include the following details:
-Subject Line: Refund Request
-Order number and Style number (Description)
-Reason for return: Briefly describe the issue
-Attach photos or videos clearly showing the damages or defects of the items you wish to return.
Once authorized, returns will be credited for the full merchandise price upon receiving the returned items and completing all necessary procedures. Failure to follow the proper claims/returns policy may result in a 20% restocking fee.
